LA NOSTRA FILOSOFIA
Abbiamo scelto tecnologie eco-friendly durante la costruzione del B&B :
caldaia a legna , impianto fotovoltaico , pannelli solari per l'acqua calda ,
isolamento termico e finestre con doppio vetro.
Riduciamo il consumo di acqua con miscelatori speciali nei bagni.
Eliminiamo , per quanto possibile , le confezioni monouso ed usiamo dispenser per prodotti naturali.
Utilizziamo solo lampadine a led per risparmiare energia e preservare il nostro pianeta .

Our B&B is located in an environment surrounded by enchanting mountains,
in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural testimonies,
in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of our mountains.
Romeo and Barbara welcome guests with the simplicity of mountain people.

Our structure is the ideal location for couples who love to travel and want to feel at home, for a romantic holiday in a quiet and private environment,
for all those who want to spend some time in a natural and uncontaminated environment.
The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to admire local artisan products, build delicious food and wine itineraries, get lost among the sounds and scents of the woods in the area.
At 250 MT. from our facility, guests will find Il Mulino di Baresi,
a place of the FAI heart and,
a little further on, ski centers for all lovers of winter sports.
And then, imagine,
After a day in the mountains, returning from an excursion or snowshoeing,
you can immerse yourself and relax in our oasis with Finnish sauna
and a circular pool filled with 37° hot water, in

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Knowing the importance of respect
of the natural environment that surrounds us, we decided during construction to adopt plants and technologies that would allow us a containment
energy and low CO2 emissions.
So we decided to replace the traditional
gas boiler with a wood-burning boiler , and to equip ourselves with a photovoltaic system able to meet all the electrical needs of the B&B, so as to use sources
Renewable sources for heating and hot water production.

All windows are equipped with double glazing
Low emission so as to allow further energy savings.
As for water consumption, all the bathrooms of the B&B are equipped with special mixers that allow a 30% water saving compared to traditional ones.
We have decided to reduce plastic consumption by eliminating disposable packaging in the bathroom as much as possible and using dispenser containers with natural shower gel and body cream.
Finally, the B&B is equipped exclusively with LED light bulbs in order to further reduce energy waste.
