Roncobello

is a small mountain village in the Brembana Valley,

50 km from Bergamo

and Orio al Serio International Airport.

Within a 100 km radius of Milan,

it is the ideal place for a vacation any time of year.

Immersed in the Orobie Bergamasche Prealps Park,

it is just a few kilometers from Bergamo's romantic Città Alta,

a perfect spot for wonderful walks for couples.

The B&B is strategically located for organizing excursions

to discover a pristine mountain landscape

in both summer and winter.

Among the many possible tourist itineraries, we also have Via Priula, Via Mercatorum, Via del Ferro, and Strada Taverna.

Romantic Orobie B&B and Roncobello

are the starting point for numerous excursions

to the lakes and peaks of the Upper Brembana Valley,

both for a simple stroll and for experienced mountaineers.

Just 6 km away, reachable by car in the summer,

are the Baite di Mezzeno,

a mountain hut where

the Alta Valle Brembana Formai de Mut D.O.P. is produced,

just one of the excellences of this fantastic valley.

In winter, the huts can be reached by snowshoes, a unique experience.

We're just a few kilometers from DOSSENA, where you can find

its fluorite mines, where cheese, wine, and beer are aged,

the famous Ponte del Sole, the 505-meter Tibetan bridge,

the longest in Italy, and

the Becco nel vuoto, where the height will make you stagger.

But not just the Brembana Valley:

Between June and October, crossing the San Marco Pass

you can venture down into Valtellina,

discovering

the famous pizzoccheri and delicious bresaola,

as well as enjoying other important peaks.

While crossing the Culmine di San Pietro, you reach Valsassina, where we recommend stopping at
the Cascina Coldognetta farmhouse, owned by our friend Attilio Locatelli

and its countless artisanal products.

For lake lovers, 80 km away,

is Sarnico on Lake Iseo.

A different kind of day can be spent at

Le Cornelle Wildlife Park,

the recently opened Leolandia amusement park, and

the more historic Gardaland.
